Madrasah Teachers, Have More Strong Character in Receiving Differences in Children’s Learning Ability.

Madrasah, is the home of science and wisdom that grows among the outlying communities of the big city. Teachers there have an ocean-wide heart to understand the meaning of diversity, of course interpreted as the diversity of abilities of students that require teachers to make innovations, modifications and interventions based on student potential and constraints.

This activity is called the Technical Guidance for the Management of Inclusive Madrasah from 7-9 June 2017, and I have themes on how to recognize, help and cope with children with varying ability conditions, including children with special needs. They are children of the age that need care and education that not only professionally interpreted but also colored by the sincerity and patience of a teacher.

Madrasah teachers are expected to be able to recognize the diversity of maturity of the child’s brain structure and function in learning readiness. Help prepare them to learn by mapping potential and child barriers, what they need, including appropriate curriculum forms and assessment components and taking into account participation and two-way communication with the school environment, including peers, teachers and the community.

The ability to understand and help these special needs children in the end will be brought to a way to cope including taking precautions to increase their numbers by sharing these insights to raise awareness and acceptance of the presence of this special child, and then to give them space and opportunities to develop Optimally, both to help themselves and to be useful in society.

The best of a teacher is to hold on to developing science and have the ability to apply in the realm of their struggle to anyone by relying on the understanding that every human being has their own advantages.

Islam teaches to fear Allah, if leaving behind them a weak generation, both in welfare, faith, including the condition of physical and spiritual health.
