As a citizen who was born in Banjarbaru City and as an practitioner of inclusive education, I have a special pride for the city that has half of this city of Jakarta. The component of this city is very potential to bring this city to be better, not only talk about the human resources that qualified from various aspects, especially education but also the inter-community relations that complement each other and solidify each other, especially because people in this city is heterogeneous and equipped by migrants from various regions of Indonesia.

Being among other districts and the capital of South Kalimantan province, making Banjarbaru City like primadona in the eyes of businessmen and people who have a special choice to invest business in this beloved city.

The Mayor has taken the right step by prioritizing to make this Banjarbaru a compassionate city and humanize human beings, because the main component of this city is the qualified human resources not only to provide the best for the city but also to be a good citizen for people who have good obstacles physical and psychological. Here too a city with characteristic service is a manifestation of an inclusive, non-discriminating and compassionate apparatus.
